  • What I can do for brokers:

    • I can teach you how to package your note for submission to investors. This will make you look more professional and experienced.
    • I will teach you some marketing tips that will enable you to find more notes to broker.
    • I work with private and institutional investors that give great prices on most notes. They buy 1st, 2nds, Sub-performing, Non-performing, Small firsts behind large seconds, Judgments, Annuities, Commercial, Business, and Mobile homes. My investors are especially great in the 2nd and sub or non-performing notes and judgments.
    • I will evaluate your notes and help you package them with the needed information and then will submit it to an investor who likes that type of note.
    • Commission: I ask for a 50/50 split on deals. You will receive 50% and I will receive 50% of the commission. I ask for this split, because I am taking the time and energy to teach you about the note business. This is just a small return for my time and knowledge I am offering you.
    • I operate my business with ethics and honesty. When I get a quote from my investors, I pass this on to you exactly as I have received it. I will also help you decide what to offer to the note holder and will help you all the way through the closing process.

    What I don't accept:

    • I don't want daisy chains. (co-broker lines) You must be dealing directly with the note holder.
    • I don’t shop my notes…this lowers the value. The investors I deal with provide me with the best prices because I don't shop my notes all over.
    • Brokers who are not responsible. If you want to work with me you must be willing to do the following:
      1. Gather the needed paperwork.
      2. Respond to email/phone calls in a timely matter.
      3. Be organized and willing to work.
    • These requirements are important because I strive to provide a high quality of service to my customers. No amount of money would be worth losing the reputation I am working hard to establish.
